2. What this website offers

It is an informational website about Virginia Petit's video editing services (reels, YouTube, podcasts, documentaries and ads) and her “Anima en CapCut” class for video editors.

3. Editing services

• The price, deadlines, number of revisions and payment method for each project are agreed in writing (via WhatsApp) before work begins.
• The client guarantees they hold the rights to the material they send (footage, music, logos, images).
• Once the project is paid, the client may use the final video for the agreed purposes.
• Virginia Petit may show the work in her portfolio and on social media unless otherwise agreed.

4. “Anima en CapCut” class

The class is sold and delivered on virginiapetit.site, where its purchase terms are published. In short: it is a recorded class (in Spanish) with 3 months of access, for personal use on one device per account. Sharing, reselling or redistributing its content is not allowed. The class teaches animation techniques but does not guarantee clients or any specific income.

5. Intellectual property

The texts, design, logo and the “Virginia Petit” brand are protected. All rights reserved. They may not be copied or reused without written permission.

Portfolio videos are shown as work samples; clients' brands, logos and content belong to their respective owners.

6. Links to other websites

This website links to third-party services (WhatsApp, Instagram, YouTube, virginiapetit.site). Each has its own terms and policies.

7. Liability

Every effort is made to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but it may contain errors or change without notice. Virginia Petit is not liable for damages arising from use of the website or for service interruptions beyond her control.
